Astronaut works with Reflections Holidays on an extensive marketing automation program for its 2.1 million annual guests and Outsiders loyalty club members. Reflections has the ambition of generating $1.3 billion in cumulative economic value to regional NSW by the end of 2030, with a loyalty program overhaul and marketing automation built on the Insider platform being a key value driver.
The loyalty program overhaul and marketing automation strategy is part of an all-encompassing rebrand. The investment in the rebrand was about 1 per cent of total annual revenue and is expected to be paid back within the first 12 months.
