Reflections Holidays is the largest holiday park group in NSW

Astronaut works with Reflections Holidays on an extensive marketing automation program for its 2.1 million annual guests and Outsiders loyalty club members. Reflections has the ambition of generating $1.3 billion in cumulative economic value to regional NSW by the end of 2030, with a loyalty program overhaul and marketing automation built on the Insider platform being a key value driver.

The loyalty program overhaul and marketing automation strategy is part of an all-encompassing rebrand. The investment in the rebrand was about 1 per cent of total annual revenue and is expected to be paid back within the first 12 months.

 

“If we can grow our pipe by about 2.25 per cent of next year’s revenue through marketing growth, and 0.5 per cent growth in market share, that’ll see us pay that back. And it’ll compound – in five years’ time, the cost of the rebrand will 10x itself.”
