Integrated Websites

Generate more online sales, bookings & leads with an integrated website

Our WordPress websites generate sales and bookings, capture leads, and integrate with CRMs, booking software and other systems.

We don’t hand over a new website and disappear. We closely measure and continuously improve your website to keep optimising for better leads and more revenue once websites are live. We use WordPress to redesign existing sites, migrate and replatform from other content management systems, and design and build new sites from scratch.

A website that doesn’t convert is just an expensive brochure. We build with commercial outcomes in mind – whether that’s a booking form that reduces phone call volume, a lead capture flow that integrates directly with your CRM, or a content structure designed to rank for the searches your customers are actually making.

Our ongoing support model means we’re continuously improving your site after launch – not handing over the keys and moving on.

Why WordPress?

WordPress powers over 40% of the web for good reason – it’s flexible, well-supported, and when built and maintained correctly, exceptionally performant. We use a curated, minimal plugin stack, WP Engine for managed hosting, and custom development where off-the-shelf solutions fall short.

Search and AI optimisation (SEO + GEO)

We build SEO best practice into every website from the ground up – clean URL structures, fast load times, structured data markup, and content hierarchy that search engines can parse clearly.

We also implement generative engine optimisation (GEO) – the emerging discipline of making your content more likely to be cited and surfaced by AI tools like Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews. As AI-driven search continues to grow, the brands that invest in GEO now have a meaningful head start. This includes structured content, clear entity definitions, FAQ schema, and authoritative source signals.

FAQs

  • What's involved in an ongoing support retainer?
  • Do you build on platforms other than WordPress?
  • We have an existing website – can you improve it rather than rebuild?
  • Do you work with clients outside Newcastle?

After launch, clients move to a monthly support arrangement that covers content updates, design changes, plugin and security maintenance, SEO reporting, and ongoing development work. We scope retainers based on your expected volume of changes and strategic needs.

Our primary platforms are WordPress (for lead generation, content and booking sites) and Shopify/Shopify Plus (for eCommerce). We don’t build on proprietary website builders, as they limit integration capability and long-term flexibility.

Often yes. We regularly take over and improve existing WordPress sites – improving conversion rate, fixing technical SEO issues, adding integrations and refreshing design. We’ll review your current site and give you an honest assessment of whether a rebuild or an enhancement is the right approach.

Yes. We’re based in Newcastle and work with clients across Australia. Most projects are managed remotely with video calls and shared project tools.
