Why we use Loop over Recharge and other platforms

Loop Subscriptions is our preferred platform for Shopify merchants, and the reasons are straightforward. Compared to Recharge and older subscription tools, Loop offers a significantly lower cost per subscriber, a more modern customer portal experience, and deeper native Shopify integration. For most mid-market brands, the platform cost savings alone justify the switch – before you account for the improved conversion and retention rates that come with a better customer experience.

A typical Loop implementation on an existing Shopify store takes four to six weeks, depending on complexity. This includes subscription product configuration, customer portal setup, delivery rules, Klaviyo integration for subscriber communications, and UAT. Migrations from existing platforms take longer and depend on the size of your active subscriber base.
